Membership
Membership to the LJRA is open to all residents, tenants, landlords, businesses, schools, religious and other facilities.
Membership Plans
The basic residential membership has 3 plans:
Standard Plan
- Capital contribution: R3000 (lump sum or 3 installments)
- Monthly contribution: R500
Special Plan
A special payment plan is available for: pensioners (who can afford it), unemployed people and other circumstances.
(Application for special membership needs to be made to the executive committee. The committee will then review and approve/reject applications)
Tenant Plan
- Capital contribution: R3000 (lump sum or 3 installments) - payable by landlord
- Monthly contribution: PoA (price on application and approval of executive committee)
Non-residential Plans
Custom plans for businesses, schools and other non-residential facilities will be made on a case-by-case basis.
